Cosmetic Surgery in the U.S. for Patients From India
Cosmetic surgery is elective. You choose the surgeon, the facility, and the city. For patients traveling from India, here is how a consultation and surgical plan work at our Oklahoma City practice.

Why patients travel from India for cosmetic surgery
Because cosmetic surgery is elective, the decision belongs entirely to you. Some patients find the right surgeon close to home. Others look further — across borders — because a specific surgeon's experience, a specific procedure, or the standards of a particular facility matter more than proximity.
Oklahoma Surgical Arts serves patients from India, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other countries. The practice operates out of an AAAHC-accredited surgery center in Oklahoma City with two operating rooms. Dr. Angelo Cuzalina founded the practice and directs its AACS-accredited fellowship. His published case volume exceeds 18,000 procedures, with particular focus on rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, complex revision surgery, and total-body contouring.
The six cosmetic surgeons of the Tulsa Surgical Arts roster all serve Oklahoma City patients. Dr. Trent Fogleman practices in Oklahoma City full-time. You may ask for a specific surgeon when you book, or share your goals and the team will match you.
How the consultation works from India
Every plan here begins the same way, whether you live seven miles from the office or are traveling from India. You meet the surgeon. You are examined. You describe what bothers you in your own words. You leave with a written plan and a written, all-in number — both yours to keep, to decide on your own time. There is no pressure in the room and none after you leave it.
Virtual consultations let patients traveling from India have a thorough initial conversation without an additional trip. When surgery is scheduled, a single in-person pre-operative visit confirms the plan. Consultations are available in person at the Oklahoma City office or virtual from anywhere.
You choose your surgeon and your city — surgery happens in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. The practice address is 12400 Saint Andrew's Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. Parking is free and on-site.
The facility and what to expect on surgery day
The surgery center is AAAHC-accredited with two operating rooms. On surgery day, your driver pulls directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up. You arrive at the time confirmed by the surgical team — it is set for your specific case, not a general clinic opening.
After anesthesia, you may not drive yourself, take a rideshare alone, or leave unaccompanied. A responsible adult drives you and stays with you for the first 24 hours. You wake in recovery under one-to-one observation, then discharge with your driver and your written instructions.
Bring photo ID, your completed paperwork, a written list of every medication and supplement you take, and glasses with a case. Wear loose, front-opening clothing and slip-on shoes. No makeup, lotion, deodorant, or fragrance on surgery day.
Procedures available to international patients
The full surgical menu is available: rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover, gynecomastia surgery, eyelid surgery, complex revision surgery, and total-body contouring. Non-surgical options include BOTOX®, Jeuveau™, Dysport, XEOMIN®, Juvéderm, SkinVive, Radiesse, Sculptra, and Versa.
Dr. Cuzalina's particular focus areas — rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, complex revision surgery, and total-body contouring — draw patients who have had prior surgery elsewhere or who seek a surgeon with high-volume experience in technically demanding procedures. He holds the SRC Master Surgeon designation in both Face & Neck and Trunk, Breast & Extremities.
Your consultation determines which procedure fits your anatomy and your goals. The surgical team writes the plan. You decide on your own time.
