Oklahoma Surgical Arts is the Oklahoma City home of Tulsa Surgical Arts — Dr. Angelo Cuzalina’s practice, established 1998, home of an AACS-accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship and an AAAHC-accredited surgery center with a private overnight guest suite.
Being one practice in two cities is the whole point: consult in Oklahoma City, operate in either city, recover where it suits your life. Tulsa is a straight run up the Turner Turnpike — most patients drive it in well under two hours.
The six cosmetic surgeons of the Tulsa Surgical Arts roster all serve Oklahoma City — and Dr. Trent Fogleman practices here full-time. One roster, one consent standard, one photography discipline, two operating cities.
