Cosmetic Surgery in the US for Patients From Spain
Cosmetic surgery is elective. You choose the surgeon, the facility, and the city. For patients traveling from Spain, here is how a consultation and surgical plan work at our Oklahoma City practice.

Why patients travel internationally for cosmetic surgery
Some patients find the right surgeon close to home. Others look further — across borders, across oceans. The decision usually comes down to a specific surgeon's experience with a specific procedure, or the standards of the facility where the surgery will be performed. Both matter. Neither should be compromised.
Oklahoma Surgical Arts serves patients from outside the United States, including Vietnam, the United Kingdom, India, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, among other countries. Patients traveling from Spain follow the same pathway. The practice operates out of an AAAHC-accredited surgery center in Oklahoma City with two operating rooms.
Dr. Angelo Cuzalina founded the practice and directs its AACS-accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship. His published case volume exceeds 18,000 procedures, with particular focus on rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, complex revision surgery, and total-body contouring. The six cosmetic surgeons of the Tulsa Surgical Arts roster all serve Oklahoma City patients, and Dr. Trent Fogleman practices in Oklahoma City full-time.
How the consultation works from Spain
Every plan begins the same way, whether you live seven miles from the office or are traveling from Spain. You meet the surgeon. You are examined. You describe what bothers you in your own words. You leave with a written plan and a written, all-in number — both yours to keep, to decide on your own time. There is no pressure in the room and none after you leave it.
Virtual consultations let international patients have a thorough initial conversation without traveling first. You can request a specific surgeon when you book, or share your goals and the team will match you. When surgery is scheduled, a single in-person pre-operative visit confirms the plan. You choose your surgeon and your city — surgery happens in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.
The practice provides patient registration forms in both English and Spanish. That small detail matters when paperwork is part of your preparation.
The facility and surgery day
The practice is located at 12400 Saint Andrew's Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. Parking is free and on-site. On surgery day, your driver pulls directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up. Your arrival time is confirmed for your specific case — not a general clinic opening.
After anesthesia you may not drive yourself, take a rideshare alone, or leave unaccompanied. A responsible adult drives you and stays with you for the first 24 hours. You wake in recovery under one-to-one observation, then discharge with your driver and your written instructions. When any instruction differs from what your surgical team tells you directly, their instructions win.
Bring photo ID, completed paperwork, a written list of every medication and supplement you take, and glasses with a case. Wear loose, front-opening clothing and slip-on shoes. Leave jewelry and valuables at your accommodation.
Procedures available at Oklahoma Surgical Arts
The practice offers a full surgical menu: breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover, rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, eyelid surgery, gynecomastia surgery, and complex revision surgery. Total-body contouring is a particular strength of the program.
Non-surgical options are also available — BOTOX®, Jeuveau™, Dysport, and XEOMIN®; Juvéderm, SkinVive, Radiesse, Sculptra, and Versa; and physician-dispensed skincare from the practice's own store. Every treatment begins with a consultation. There is no menu without a conversation first.
Dr. Cuzalina was recognized as Physician Surgical Innovator of the Year at THE Aesthetic Show in 2018 and holds SRC Master Surgeon designations in both Face & Neck and Trunk, Breast & Extremities. Consult a qualified surgeon to determine which procedure is appropriate for your goals.
Planning your trip and next steps
Start with a virtual consultation. It costs you only time and gives you a specific plan, a specific number, and a specific surgeon's assessment — before you commit to travel. From there, the team coordinates your pre-operative visit, surgery date, and recovery timeline so that your time in Oklahoma City is organized around your procedure.
If you are considering cosmetic surgery and are traveling from Spain, we welcome your inquiry. Call 405-751-0042 or request a consultation through the practice website. Ask every question you have. Take the time you need. The right decision is an informed one, made without pressure.
