Mommy Makeover for Piedmont Patients: Drive, Consult, Aftercare
Piedmont is about 11 miles from our Oklahoma City practice — a short drive to a consultation that starts every mommy makeover plan.

What a mommy makeover actually is
A mommy makeover combines breast and belly surgery in one operation. Most often that means a tummy tuck with a breast lift, augmentation, or reduction, with liposuction where it helps. One anesthesia. One recovery. The combination is different for every body.
Your surgeon examines you, listens to what bothers you, and builds one plan — never a package off a shelf. Combining procedures shares anesthesia and facility time, which is why a mommy makeover is planned and priced as one operation with one written number.
Breast work comes first in most plans — lift, implants, or reduction as decided with you. The tummy tuck follows: muscles repaired, extra skin removed, belly button re-set. Liposuction sculpts the waist or flanks where the plan calls for it. Everything is closed in layers. Combined surgery takes several hours. Some patients stay one night.
The drive from Piedmont
Our practice is located at 12400 Saint Andrew's Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. Piedmont sits about 11 miles away in a straight line — drive time is not measured here, but it is a familiar drive for anyone who commutes into the city. Parking is free and on-site. On surgery day, your driver pulls directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up.
Consultations are available in person at the Oklahoma City office or virtual from anywhere. A virtual consultation lets you have a thorough initial conversation without leaving home. When surgery is scheduled, a single in-person pre-operative visit confirms the plan. You leave with a written plan and a written, all-in number — both yours to keep, to decide on your own time.
Recovery, honestly
The first few days are the hardest. You walk bent, rest propped up, and let your helper help. Walk a little every few hours. Around one week, drains — if used — usually come out, and standing straightens day by day. Many desk workers return at about two weeks. No lifting over ten pounds, and that includes toddlers.
Full exercise restarts around six weeks, including core and chest work. Swelling clears in stages over months. Breasts settle and scars begin to fade. Being close to the practice in Piedmont means follow-up visits are a short trip — and our team is reachable by phone day or night at 405-751-0042.
Every surgery has risks. Longer anesthesia time, blood clots, fluid buildup, slow wound healing — especially in smokers — changes in skin feeling, bleeding, infection, uneven results, and the possibility of another surgery. We review the full list for your exact plan in person. Consult a qualified surgeon to understand how these risks apply to you.
When to call — and when to call 911
In any emergency, call 911 first. Go to the nearest emergency department — do not drive yourself, do not wait — for chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, fainting, sudden confusion, weakness on one side of the body, one leg swelling or calf pain more than the other, or bleeding that soaks a bandage and does not slow with gentle pressure.
Otherwise call 405-751-0042, day or night, if one breast or one side of your belly becomes much more swollen, tight, or painful than the other; if you have a fever of 101.5 °F or higher; if redness spreads from any incision or you see pus; or if you feel short of breath at rest — and for that last one, call 911 first, always.
Your surgeon and your facility
Surgery is performed in our AAAHC-accredited surgery center, which includes a private overnight guest suite. The six cosmetic surgeons of the Tulsa Surgical Arts roster all serve Oklahoma City, and Dr. Trent Fogleman practices here full-time. You choose your surgeon and your city — surgery happens in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.
Ask for a specific surgeon when you book, or share your goals and the team will match you. There is no pressure in the room and none after you leave it. Every plan begins with a conversation — your words, your concerns, your body.
