Mommy Makeover Cost in OKC: How the Price Is Built
A mommy makeover is not a fixed package — it is a plan built for one body. That is why the cost is built the same way: one operation, one written number, explained before you commit.

Why there is no single price to quote online
A mommy makeover combines breast and belly surgery in one operation. Most often that means a tummy tuck with a breast lift, augmentation, or reduction, plus liposuction where it helps. The right combination is different for every body. Your surgeon examines you, listens to what bothers you, and builds one plan — never a package off a shelf.
Because the surgical plan varies, the price varies. One patient may need a breast lift alone; another needs a lift with implants and extensive abdominal muscle repair. Quoting a single number online without examining you would be dishonest. What we can explain is how the number is assembled.
Combining procedures shares anesthesia and facility time, which is why a mommy makeover is planned — and priced — as one operation with one written number. That number is presented to you in writing before you schedule anything.
The components that shape your cost
Three main categories make up the total. First is the surgeon's fee, which reflects the complexity and duration of your specific plan. Second is the anesthesia fee — you receive one general anesthetic for the entire combined surgery, rather than paying for separate anesthesia sessions. Third is the facility fee for the operating room, recovery, and any overnight stay.
Our surgery center is AAAHC-accredited, with two operating rooms here in Oklahoma City. Some patients stay one night. The facility, staffing, and supplies for that stay are part of the cost discussion at your consultation. Implants, garments, and post-operative care are also addressed so the written number covers the full picture.
Because everything is performed in one session, the combined cost is typically less than having each procedure on separate dates. Your consultation is where the exact figure is determined — no surprises after the fact.
What happens at the consultation
Your surgeon examines you, reviews your health history, and asks what bothers you most. From that conversation a specific operative plan takes shape — which breast procedure, the extent of the tummy tuck, whether liposuction of the waist or flanks is included.
Once the plan is set, you receive a written quote that covers every component. Consults are available virtual or in person, and every surgeon on the program's roster sees Oklahoma City patients. If you are coming from a community like Edmond, about seven miles away, the drive is short. If you prefer to start from home, a virtual consult works the same way.
We review the full risk list for your exact plan in person. Every surgery has risks — longer anesthesia time, blood clots, fluid buildup, slow wound healing, changes in sensation, and the possibility of revision. Honest cost conversations include honest risk conversations.
Recovery is part of the investment
The first few days are the hardest. You walk bent, rest propped up, and rely on your helper. By one week, drains usually come out and standing straightens day by day. Many desk workers return around two weeks, though no lifting over ten pounds — that includes toddlers. Full exercise restarts around six weeks.
Plan for time away from work and for help at home. A responsible adult must drive you home and stay with you for the first twenty-four hours. These logistics are real costs — not dollar costs, but life costs — and we discuss them openly so you can plan.
In any emergency — chest pain, shortness of breath, sudden leg swelling, or uncontrolled bleeding — call 911 first. For post-operative concerns that are not emergencies, call 405-751-0042 day or night.
Start with a consultation, not a price list
The only honest way to answer the cost question is to examine you and build your plan. We do not publish a price list because no two mommy makeovers are the same operation. What we do publish is our patient gallery — real results from real patients of this program, operated on in Oklahoma City, each with their surgeon named.
If you are ready to learn what your mommy makeover would involve and what it would cost, book a consultation. Call 405-751-0042 or request a consult online. Virtual or in person, the conversation is the same: your body, your goals, one written plan, one written number. Consult a qualified surgeon to determine whether this procedure is appropriate for you.
