Cosmetic Surgery in OKC for Patients Traveling from Lawton
Lawton is about 82 miles from our Oklahoma City practice — a drive, not a journey. Here is how patients from your community plan a consultation, schedule surgery, and recover close to home.

Why Lawton patients choose Oklahoma City
Cosmetic surgery is elective. You choose the surgeon, the facility, and the city. Patients from Lawton drive about 82 miles to our Oklahoma City practice — straight-line distance, drive time not measured — because the match matters more than the mile count. The right surgeon for your specific concern is worth the drive.
Oklahoma Surgical Arts operates out of an AAAHC-accredited surgery center at 12400 Saint Andrew's Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. The facility has two operating rooms. Parking is free and on-site. On surgery day, your driver pulls directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up.
Dr. Angelo Cuzalina founded the practice and directs its AACS-accredited fellowship. The six cosmetic surgeons of the Tulsa Surgical Arts roster all serve Oklahoma City patients, and Dr. Trent Fogleman practices here full-time. You choose your surgeon and your city — surgery happens in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.
The consultation: in person or virtual
Every plan begins the same way. You meet the surgeon. You are examined. You describe what bothers you in your own words. You leave with a written plan and a written, all-in number — both yours to keep, to decide on your own time. There is no pressure in the room and none after you leave it.
Consultations are available in person at the Oklahoma City office or virtual from anywhere. A virtual consultation lets you have a thorough initial conversation without making the drive from Lawton. When surgery is scheduled, a single in-person pre-operative visit confirms the plan. Ask for a specific surgeon when you book, or share your goals and the team will match you.
What we offer
The practice menu covers breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, mommy makeover, gynecomastia surgery, and facial surgery. Dr. Cuzalina's particular focus includes rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, complex revision surgery, and total-body contouring. His published case volume exceeds 18,000 procedures.
Non-surgical options are also available: BOTOX®, Jeuveau™, Dysport and XEOMIN®; Juvéderm, SkinVive, Radiesse, Sculptra and Versa; and physician-dispensed skincare from the practice's own store. Every treatment begins with a consultation — never a cart.
Whether your concern is a single area or a combination procedure, the surgical team builds a plan around your anatomy and your goals. Consult a qualified surgeon to understand which approach fits your situation.
Surgery day and getting home to Lawton
On surgery day, you arrive at the time confirmed by the surgical team — set for your specific case, not a general clinic opening. Bring photo ID, your completed paperwork, a written list of every medication and supplement you take, and glasses with a case. Wear loose, front-opening clothing and slip-on shoes. Leave jewelry and valuables at home.
After anesthesia you may not drive yourself home, take a rideshare alone, or leave unaccompanied. A responsible adult drives you home and stays with you for the first 24 hours. Your driver checks in with you, stays reachable by phone for the entire day, and receives your discharge instructions in person.
The drive back to Lawton is manageable the same day for most procedures. When any instruction here differs from what your surgical team tells you directly, their instructions win. If you experience an emergency symptom at any point, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room first.
